OUR 5-STEP ADMISSION PROCEDURE

At Harrods International Academy, we have a clear admission procedure in schools that makes joining our community easy.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Application Process
To start, you need to fill out our school admission form. You can get this form from our office or download it from our website. Along with the form, you'll need to give us some important papers:
- Your child's health and vaccination records
- A copy of their birth certificate (for Khmer citizens)
- Their latest school report
- A copy of their passport (for non-Khmer citizens)
Step 2: Placement Test Process
Once we get your school admission form, we'll set up a time for your child to take a test. This helps us know which class is best for them. After the test, we'll let you know the results within 3 working days.
Step 3: Acceptance of a Place
If your child passes the test, we'll send you an Admission Offer Letter. You'll have 5 working days to tell us if you want to accept the place or not.
Step 4: Payment of the First Invoice
After you accept the place, we'll send you an invoice. You'll need to pay this by the date we give you on the invoice.
Step 5: Starting Classes
Once everything is confirmed and paid for, your child can start classes. We'll begin with an orientation to help them settle in.
Application Requirements
For school admissions, we need these documents:
- Completed school admission form
- Student health record and vaccination record
- Your child's latest school report
- A copy of your child's birth certificate (for Khmer citizens)
- A copy of your child's passport (for non-Khmer citizens)
We'll look at these papers and let you know the test results within a week. We'll call you first, then send a written confirmation.
