Harrods International Academy is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our Year 9 students in the Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint Examinations.
This important milestone marks the successful completion of another stage in our students’ Cambridge learning journey. Their excellent results reflect the hard work, determination, and commitment they have demonstrated throughout the academic year.
The Cambridge Checkpoint examinations provide an internationally recognised measure of student progress and help assess their readiness for the next stage of learning. Achieving strong results requires consistent effort, effective preparation, and the ability to confidently apply knowledge and skills in an examination setting.
We are incredibly proud to see so many of our students performing at a high level and demonstrating the academic confidence they have developed during their time at Harrods.
These results represent much more than examination scores. Behind every achievement are months of classroom learning, revision, perseverance, and personal growth. Throughout their Cambridge Lower Secondary journey, our students have been encouraged to become independent learners, critical thinkers, confident communicators, and responsible young people.
Their success also reflects the dedication of our teachers, who have supported and guided students throughout their learning journey. Through engaging lessons, continuous feedback, academic support, and encouragement, our teaching team has worked closely with students to help them develop confidence and reach their potential.
We would also like to recognise the important role played by our parents and families. A strong partnership between school and home provides students with the encouragement, motivation, and support they need to succeed. We are grateful to our families for their continued trust and commitment to their children’s education.
At Harrods International Academy, academic excellence is an important part of our commitment to developing well-rounded learners. Through the Cambridge International curriculum, students are supported not only in building strong academic foundations but also in developing the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed in an increasingly global world.
The Cambridge Checkpoint examinations also represent an important transition for our Year 9 students as they prepare to progress into the Cambridge IGCSE programme. Their strong performance provides an excellent foundation as they take on more advanced learning and new academic challenges.
