The IPC is a framework for learning with comprehensive materials and a defined progressive pedagogy created for learners, teachers and leaders, enhanced by professional development and support services from the International Curriculum Association (ICA).

International Primary Curriculum

Customised learning methods designed to cultivate international perspectives in students. The IPC follows the British National Key Stage Curriculum, which provides a great foundation for those thinking about going abroad for future studies.

National Khmer Curriculum

Running parallel to international curricula, this curriculum for Grades 1 – 5 teaches students subjects prescribed under the national regulations. It mainly focuses on the basics of Khmer history, and other avenues of knowledge.

Our curriculum framework is designed to understand the prowess of young learners. It provides learners with excellent preparation so they can progress seamlessly into Cambridge Lower Secondary and beyond.

Learner-Focused Pedagogy

Teachers are provided with comprehensive material that act as guidance documents to plan and deliver curriculum. Thematic units in the curriculum harness well-researched and progressive learning theories to include subjects and activities that help support communicative learning and strategies to support memory.

Created by teachers, the curriculum includes methods that connect students with the international community which enhances learning and strengthens student ability to compete globally. Connections with the international community features engaging opportunities that expands learning into various aspects.

IPC puts learning at the heart of the curriculum, designed to meet the needs of every student. The emphasis is on gaining knowledge, developing skills and understanding the curricula for better student development. Inquiry is encouraged to ensure a future of life-long learning.

Assessments

We believe that assessments should be a purposeful activity meant to increase the learning prowess with the intention to improve knowledge and understanding. Assessments of students are done through clear rubrics which help students make further progress towards mastering this learning journey.

Combining the best of the Singaporean standard for education in English and Mathematics with the international mindedness of the UK-based International Primary Curriculum (IPC), our bilingual Primary Program covers Grades 1 to 6.

Our students will be well equipped with the fundamentals while building confidence and independent thinking through thematic units of learning which guide them through personal and subject learning goals.
